What is an Active Workflow?
A workflow is a repeatable business process managed through TradeOps, such as a store audit, an equipment inspection or a delivery check.
- Only active or live workflows count towards your plan.
- Draft, inactive and retired workflows can be kept without using active workflow capacity.
- Deactivate one workflow and activate another at any time.
- Or buy additional active workflow capacity when you need it.

Pricing questions
Is there a limit on users?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can bring your whole team, supervisors and managers into TradeOps without paying per seat.
What counts as an Active Workflow?
Only workflows that are active or live count towards your plan. Draft, inactive and retired workflows can be kept without using active workflow capacity.
What happens if I need more workflows?
You can deactivate one workflow and activate another, buy additional active workflow capacity, or move to a larger plan.
How does WhatsApp pricing work?
WhatsApp access is available with every plan and the standard TradeOps WhatsApp platform connection is included in the subscription. Where enabled, you keep a prepaid messaging balance from which applicable messaging charges are deducted.
Are setup and training included?
Implementation, onboarding, training, workflow configuration, integrations, data migration and custom development are quoted separately as professional services, based on what your operation needs.
